Accommodadion for 5
The interior of the chalet has been refurbished in 2008 to
a high standard to provide comfortable accommodation for up
to 5 people. The flooring has been replaced throughout the
living areas with oak effect laminate. To the front of the
south facing chalet garden companion seating is provided where
you can relax and enjoy the sunny position on the tree lined
lawn.

A new fitted kitchen has been installed
with built-in hob and oven, microwave cooker, fridge, extract
cooker hood and ample storage. There is also a kettle, toaster
and crockery and cutlery for 5 people |

In the living area there is a corner sofa bed that converts
into a single bed if needed and a dining table and chairs.
Heating is by a flame effect electric fire. For entertainment
there is a flat screen digital TV and DVD unit with freeview
channels, and a PlayStation 2 games console.

There are two bedrooms, one with
a 4’6” double bed and the other with two single beds.
The double bedroom is fitted with a wall mounted electric panel
radiator and the twin bedroom has a portable oil filled electric
radiator. |

The bathroom contains an electric shower in a large shower
cubicle, wash basin & WC. Heating is by a wall mounted
fan heater.
An iron, ironing board & clothes airer are also provided.
Electricity is provided by £1 coin slot meter.

All bed linen is provided but NOT towels or tea towels.
